With a view of Copenhagen skyline, on the water in Copenhagen’s harbor, is the restaurantboat VIVA.
Restaurant VIVA is build from a old barge. There are a maritime atmosphere, gourmet food and the interior part is designed with Danish design furniture with a maritime twist.
Restaurant VIVA is on it’s 8th season at Langebro. This year, 2012, we’re going to have a better and improved kitchen staff. Charles Teinby and Jesper Myrup, both worked on former Michelin restaurants(Søllerød kro & Dragsholm slot). The Nordic cuisine and the French inspires them, and though they’ve changed the menuconcept, they have kept focus on fish and shellfish. Also the winelist have changed, now with better and affordable wines. You will in addition to the winelist, have the possibility to ask for a list of the special selected wines from the cellar.
The capacity of the restaurant is up to 90 people, not including the 60 á la carte guests.
