The 5th of January Charles Teinby and Jesper Myrup became the new chefs on VIVA. They are taking VIVA in a whole new direction with modern cooking methods and simple tasty food.
Both chefs emphasize the importance of the daily contact with the suppliers, they mutually picked out from the relation with the suppliers on their previous workplaces(Søllerød Kro, Dragsholm Slot, Den Gule Cottage). From this cooperation they have created a galley, wherefrom they will serve you quality gourmet food.Kitchen
